Caroline joined Raymond James in early 2021 as a Client Service Associate. Caroline’s position is critical to the office because she provides essential support to our clients and the overall practice.
Efficient and successful business operations and superior customer service are some of the top priorities for our team. This is where Caroline’s personable approach, attention to detail, and organizational skills are crucial to streamline business efforts. She is responsible for managing everyday operational tasks such as processing new client accounts, answering any inbound calls, responding to any client requests, obtaining any necessary forms, and coordinating other important office functions that support our financial advisors.
Caroline loves to build strong relationships with our clients. She knows that each team member helps our clients attain their goals and works toward both their long- and short-term plans. Caroline genuinely has our clients' best interest at heart and goes above and beyond to serve others. She aims to provide peace of mind to our clients, so they worry less about the financial planning process and enjoy life to the fullest.
Before joining our team, Caroline was the Director of Tennis and a Teaching Pro at South Towns Tennis Club. She also spent three years at HarborCenter with Pegula Sports as the Hockey Program Coordinator. Caroline graduated from Mercyhurst University with a degree in Business and a concentration in Sports.
